Email support@getpdfguard.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. Please include the email address you purchased with so we can find your order.
All payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time, self-service, at getpdfguard.com/pricing. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund; if you're within 30 days of a purchase and want your money back, email us as above.
